These so-called Mini Workouts are designed to go anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes. They are short enough to call “mini.” Of course one should feel free to modify as desired.
This pair emphasizes balance and core strength which will be useful for anyone, and especially the Olympic lifters. The kettlebell should be heavy enough to cause obvious contraction of the core muscles.
This time I’m combining the concept of the mini workout for the general population with relevant accessory work for those who choose to pursue the Olympic lifts. The mini workout can potentially give Olympic lifters a window to incorporate accessories in a more manageable way. Having it more spaced out could be a great energetic solution.
