Pepper Dill Vegan Cashew Cream Cheese

Ingredients =

Raw Cashews

Salt, Pepper

Coconut Cream

Fresh Dill

Milled flax & chia seed, flax oil — tiny bit

Water — add after blending other ingredients

I think this went rather well for winging it. Coconut cream is amazingly rich and delicious and great for texture. I added all the ingredients to my trusty little Ninja food processor and blended as much as possible before adding water. The flax and chia I just happened to have on hand. I put just a little bit in there to thicken. As a result, this vegan cream cheese has omegas and fiber too!
